Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
- Processing Time: All orders placed from Monday to Friday before 15:00 will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 15:00 or on weekends and public holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day. We aim to ship all products as quickly as possible. If there are any delays, you will be notified via email.
- Shipping Rates and Delivery: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination. The shipping cost will be displayed before the final order confirmation. Orders are shipped from the Netherlands.
We use reliable courier services for delivery. Shipping times may vary depending on your location: - We currently ship to the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, and Spain. Shipping costs vary by country and are as follows:
- Netherlands: €6.90
- Germany: €8.45
- Belgium: €8.59
- Spain: €12.10
- Free shipping on orders over €50
- Within the Netherlands: 1-2 business days after dispatch
- EU Countries: 2-4 business days after dispatch
- Tracking Information: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your shipment.
Returns & Refunds Policy
- Right of Withdrawal/Return: Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract and return the product within 45 days after receiving the goods, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Business customers are not entitled to this right.
- How to Return a Product: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@linaroots.com with your order details. Alternatively, you can return the product with a written notice of withdrawal, mentioning the order and/or invoice Number. You are required to return the product to:
- Hilltown Roots, c/o TijdVrij Fulfilment, Kamerlingh Onnesweg 2b, 4131 PK Vianen, The Netherlands -> Please ensure the product is properly packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.
- Return Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the safe return of your product.
- Refund Process: Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days after the return of the product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs (if applicable) will be refunded only if the entire order is returned.
- Condition of Returned Products: The product must be unused and in its original condition. If the product has been used or is damaged due to improper handling by the customer, the refund may be reduced to reflect the product’s devaluation.
- Exchanges: We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original product and place a new order.
